Netspend Payback Rewards is an optional program that customers can choose to participate in. If they no longer wish to be part of the program, they can opt-out at any time by visiting the Payback Rewards page in their Online Account Center. The rewards offered are based on individual shopping habits and are credited to the Card Account as cash back rewards. It is important to note that these rewards cannot be received in the form of a check or any other direct payment method. For more information on how and when customers are rewarded, they can refer to the program FAQs and Terms and Conditions in their Online Account Center. Netspend Corporation sponsors this program, and it is not affiliated with or endorsed by Pathward, N.A., The Bancorp Bank, Republic Bank & Trust Company, Members FDIC, Visa, or Mastercard.

The claim of faster funding is based on a comparison between Pathward, N.A., The Bancorp Bank, and Republic Bank & Trust Company's policy of making funds available upon receipt of payment instruction and the typical banking practice of posting funds at settlement. Availability of funds may be subject to fraud prevention restrictions that can cause delays, with or without notice. Early availability of funds requires the support of payor's direct deposit and depends on the timing of their payment instruction.

While Netspend does not charge for its services, customers should note that their wireless carriers may charge for messages or data related to these services. Additionally, online or mobile Account-to-Account transfers between Netspend Cardholders are free of cost, while transfers conducted through a Customer Service agent incur a $4.95 fee.

The Netspend Network is provided by Netspend Corporation and its authorized agents. Netspend is a licensed provider of money transfer services (NMLS ID: 932678). It is important for customers to be aware that Netspend and other third parties may impose fees, limits, and other restrictions in connection with the use of the Netspend Network. The Netspend® All-Access® Account is a deposit account established by Pathward, National Association, Member FDIC, with Netspend serving as a service provider to Pathward, N.A.

Netspend® All-Access® is another deposit account that is offered by Republic Bank & Trust Company, Member FDIC, with Netspend as the service provider to Republic Bank & Trust Company.

The Netspend Visa Prepaid Card is issued by Pathward, National Association and Republic Bank & Trust Company, under a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. Likewise, the Netspend Prepaid Mastercard is issued by Pathward, N.A. and Republic Bank & Trust Company under a license from Mastercard International Incorporated. Both Pathward, N.A. and Republic Bank & Trust Company are Members FDIC. Customers can find the issuing bank of their Card on the back of it. Netspend acts as a registered agent of Pathward, N.A. and Republic Bank & Trust Company. The Netspend Visa Prepaid Card can be used wherever Visa debit cards are accepted, while the Netspend Prepaid Mastercard can be used wherever Debit Mastercard is accepted. It is important to note that certain products and services may be licensed under U.S. Patent Nos. 6,000,608 and 6,189,787. The use of the Card Account is subject to activation, ID verification, and funds availability. Customers should refer to the Cardholder Agreement for specific details on transaction fees, terms, conditions, and card reloading.
